One Air, the UK’s all-cargo airline and part of the AIR ONE network, has taken delivery of its first Boeing 777 Freighter following a handover ceremony at Boeing’s Everett production facility in Washington, USA.
The 777F is the first of two brand-new aircraft acquired by AeroTransCargo FZE, a subsidiary of AIR ONE International Holdings. Both will be operated by One Air, with the second delivery due in Q4 2025. Painted in One Air’s distinctive blue, yellow and white livery, the new aircraft will fly alongside the airline’s existing Boeing 747-400 Freighters.
David Tattersall, Chief Technical Officer at One Air, who attended the delivery ceremony, said “Since our launch two years ago, we’ve built strong customer relationships across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Bringing the 777F into our fleet is an important milestone that opens new opportunities and enhances the services we can provide.”
“We are delighted to support AIR ONE and One Air with the introduction of the 777 Freighter,” said Omar Arekat, Boeing vice president of Commercial Sales and Marketing for the Middle East. “The 777F is the world’s largest and most capable twin-engine freighter, offering capacity, range and reliability to match their ambitious growth plans.”
