Chris has 35 years’ experience working with UK airlines, including Britannia Airways (later Thomson Airlines and then TUI), easyJet and Flybe. He is a qualified pilot and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lancaster University.
During his time with easyJet, Chris had executive responsibility for the entire easyJet operation at Gatwick and was the business lead preparing for the UK’s exit from the EU. This involved establishing new AOCs in the UK and the EU. Chris was Director of easyJet UK and Accountable Manager for the period of the UK AOC application. He also served as a non-executive director of NATS.
Prior to joining One Air, Chris spent two years as Chief Operating Officer for Flybe, including restructuring the airline during administration, leading to a successful sale and relaunch. Chris joins the board of One Air as a Director and has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Accountable Manager and Director Flight Operations.
