Paul began his career in the Aviation industry in 1991 with the British carrier HeavyLift Cargo Airlines, based at London Stansted, as a Commercial Executive. He later joined Chapman Freeborn, one of the world’s largest aircraft charter brokers, holding senior commercial roles in the UK and UAE, latterly leading the company’s expansion in the Middle East. In 2003, he returned to London to join Air Charter Service, the fast-growing global aircraft charter provider.
In 2009 he founded Sky Cargo Charters Ltd, which was later renamed Chartersphere Limited. In 2020, the business was rebranded as Air One Aviation Limited and became an exclusive global sales and services agency. Paul is the majority shareholder of One Air Limited and remains CEO of Air One Aviation Ltd.
