Paul is an experienced aviation industry professional who has worked in multiple countries with leading airlines. His career path has a strong commercial bias, mainly as a Chief Commercial Officer. He has held senior roles at Malaysia Airlines, Air Arabia, Cobalt, easyJet and Flybe. His easyJet experience includes spells as Head of Marketing & Distribution for the company, followed by five years as UK Director, where he oversaw a revenue responsibility of over £2bn and consistently increased profitability. At Flybe, as CCO, he oversaw a major reorganisation of the business and a return to profitability in 2015.
Prior to his aviation career, Paul specialised in international marketing roles in the FMCG and hospitality industries, with companies such as P&G, Kellogg, the Oberoi Hotel Group and IHG, where he led the global marketing function for InterContinental Hotels. Paul has lived and worked in multiple countries including the USA, India, UAE, Malaysia, Cyprus, and the UK. For the last three years, Paul has been working with the Board and Executive team at the Channel Islands based airline, Blue Islands.
Paul has joined the board of One Air as a Non-Executive Director.
